i wrote Slop 2 years ago as i was coming out of the darkest point in my life. 2 years later i find myself in an aftershock of anxiety, fear, and a whole host of other things. These tracks (aside from Slop) were written and recorded over a week as an attempt to give these feelings a tangible form and allow myself to let go of them and move on
edit: I removed slop for artistic reasons and replaced it with a track i originally cut from this but upon revisiting this release it fits better
